Leadership that Works is committed to the free flow of fresh ideas and transformative information. We also want to guarantee our authors fair credit and compensation for their work and ideas. We ask that you read and review the following agreements before you use these materials and that you honor these requests. You may use any of our articles for your personal use, or in educational contexts (like high school or university classes), FREE of charge. We do charge the following nominal fees for duplication rights, depending on number of copies and degree of commercialization. You may pay by Mastercard or Visa.
Non-Commercial/Personal
You may use our material freely for your own use, or for limited distribution within your workplace. You may reproduce a maximum of five copies free of charge. University and college staff and students may make copies of material for use within the class. Please do not sell copies or otherwise make a profit from our work. We like to keep track of where our articles are used, so please request permission to use an article by writing to us.
Non-Commercial/Larger Quantities
If you would like to make more than five copies of any article for non-commercial use (no money changes hands), our fee for one-time reprint rights is $25.00.
Commercial Use/Small Scale
If you would like to reprint an article in your internal newsletter, small newsletter that accepts advertising, etc. which has a circulation of less than 500, our fee for one-time reprint rights is $50.00.
Commercial/Magazine Rates
If you wish to use an article in a publication with more than 500 recipients, in a commercial publication, our one-time reprint rights fee is $150.00 per article.
Procedures
Please request permission to use any article by writing to info@ltworks.com or calling 570- 549-2300. Upon receipt of your request and your credit card information, we will send you an e-mail message granting permission to reprint. We reserve the right to refuse any requests.
