Ma’ayan is a transformational life coach, consultant, speaker, and writer, specializing in Applied Positive Psychology, the science of optimal human functioning. She is the founder of Being Human Project, a Positive Psychology coaching practice for private clients and groups, helping men and women thrive and live on purpose. She is an advocate for change through the science of human flourishing, for both individuals and organizations. She received her ICF accredited coaching credentials through Leadership That Works, and her Positive Psychology credentials through The Flourishing Center. Ma'ayan has studied with graduates of Martin Seligman’s Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She is also has her B.A. in Literary Journalism, is a classically trained singer-songwriter and dancer, and is an avid world traveler. Over the course of her career, Ma’ayan has worked with children, teens, and adults in education, nonprofits, and the arts around the globe. In addition to Being Human Project, she has written about and spoken on purposeful living for Tony Hsieh's Delivering Happiness, and The Passion Co. and Impact Hub in San Francisco. Leading up to the creation of her own private coaching practice in 2015, Ma'ayan was the Assistant Instructor and coordinator for the very first CAPP: Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology course in SF, the Program Manager for PurposeGirl, a Positive Psychology coaching practice for women, as well as a ballet workout instructor. Ma'ayan believes that true transformation is found in the holistic alignment of our mind, body, and soul.
