Deepen Your Coachingman and woman coaching

In this weekend, you will deepen your expertise in the pathway of Expanding the View and the skills of Calling Out the Power. After this weekend you will be looking forward to working with clients who are stuck. You will easily create transformational shifts.

EXPANDING THE VIEW
When your client holds a disempowering view of the world, the Expanding the View pathway evokes new perspectives and fresh action. In using this pathway, you guide your client through a strategic and creative process for meaningful change from the inside out.

We will review and practice the steps of Expanding the View. You will develop your skill and power as a coach in order to find the fun, ease and transformational power of this pathway. You will be creating magic with your clients.

CALLING OUT THE POWER
Calling out the Power is a process that calls out the depth and breadth of personal power – beyond what is immediately visible. We invite you step out of playing it safe and on to your wildest edge as a coach.

You will review and practice elements of Calling out the Power including, fierce coaching, expanding the power and coaching without questions.

We’ll also introduce a module on Transforming Fear, based on Steven and Virginia’s work in their advanced coaching retreat, Fire in the Heart. Transforming Fear is a potent practice in which you will take your clients on a pathway to reclaim their power by transforming their relationship with their fears.
