Cancellation Policy
Please contact us before enrolling if you have specific questions regarding our cancellation policy. Please note that cancellation/refund policies will vary for registrations processed through another organization.
Your registration represents a commitment to attend a Leadership that Works course and reserves a spot for you in the class. Substantial administrative costs are incurred for each enrollment and exceptions to our generous cancellation policy will be considered on an individual basis in the case of emergency or exceptional circumstances.
Substitutions - another person may attend in your place at any time prior to the start of the program, with no additional fees.
Transfers - you may transfer your tuition to another Leadership that Works course. Transfers will be held for 12 months. If not used within that period, all funds will be forfeited. Fees may apply.
Refund - Tuition is refundable as detailed below. Fees and restrictions apply.
General Courses (does not apply to Coaching for Transformation Certification Course)
Cancellations 60 days or more prior to the program start date:
Substitutions - Yes
Transfers - Yes, no transfer fee
Refund - Full refund, less 10% of tuition processing fee
Cancellations 30-60 days prior to the program start date:
Substitutions - Yes
Transfers - Yes, no transfer fee
Refund - Full refund, less 25% of tuition processing fee
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the program start date:
Substitutions - Yes
Transfers - Yes, less 10% of tuition processing fee
Refund - Full refund, less 50% of tuition processing fee
Cancellations after course start date:
Substitutions - No
Transfers - No
Refund - No refunds after the course start date.
Coaching for Transformation 9-month Certification Course

Cancellations 60 days or more prior to the program start date:
Substitutions - Yes
Transfers - Yes, no transfer fee
Refund - Full refund, less $500 processing fee
Cancellations 30-60 days prior to the program start date:
Substitutions - Yes
Transfers - Yes, less $100 processing fee
Refund - Full refund, less $500 processing fee
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the program start date:
Substitutions - Yes
Transfers - Yes, less $500 processing fee
Refund - 50% of tuition refunded
If tuition is being paid on the installment plan, 50% of the course tuition becomes immediately due and payable.
Cancellations after course start date:
Substitutions - No
Transfers - No
Refund - No refunds after the course start date.
If tuition is being paid on the installment plan, 100% of the course tuition becomes immediately due and payable.
