|Shruti Sonthalia, ACC, brings a combination of gentleness and fierceness, and a deep commitment to support discovery of one's Dharma (purpose). She also embodies the courage to follow one's inner guidance and truth. She works as an organizational development consultant to facilitate diverse interventions such as leadership development, cultural transformation, 360 feedback, values and purpose redefinition, senior and middle management coaching.
|Wasundhara Joshi, PCC, was brought into the world of change management and personal growth when, as a pediatric doctor in Mumbai, she found approaches learned from coach training that transformed her not-for-profit for women and children into a nationally-recognized organization for its research and models for health care. Today, Wasundhara continues to use coaching extensively to help individuals give their best not only to their organizations, but also to their families and the future of this world.
Jagruti Gala, PCC. Her central focus over the past decade has been to bring change into the world of children (new consciousness) through educational spaces and family life. She is the founder and active director of two non-profit organizations in the space of education in India. Jagruti’s deep spiritual core is brought to life in her energetic coaching style. She is known for holding and creating clarity – situational and conceptual. She is also versatile and creative in designing and approaching the topic.
