Program What Graduates are Saying

I work with native youth to help them become leaders. I used to give them lots of advice—do this, do that. They were exhausted and worn out and so was I. Now that I’m using what I learned in Coaching for Transformation … it’s much more collaborative. Now I put opportunities in front of these youth and they step up to lead parts of the organization without me pressuring them. In turn, their leadership has a ripple effect on others. Coaching has brought out dimensions that I didn’t know were there. We have a deeper trust and stronger community. —Sophia Kizilbash

It’s hard for me to look back on my coaching clients from years past without wishing that I could get a do-over, because I have so much more to offer them now that I’ve completed the course. I’ve been coaching for years and have made a difference for many clients, and now I have a much broader palette to offer them. I can make even more of a difference – because of what I’ve gained from the coaching program. —Lorraine Aguilar

I help young women in leadership roles step into their power. Shifting from consulting to coaching, my clients are taking ownership in their decisions. The impact of Coaching for Transformation on me personally is magical—the quality of my life and relationships has improved because I’m letting in love and learning. —Dara Silverman

The course is absolutely fantastic. It has deepened my NVC practice and my ability to really support people when connecting with their deepest values, dreams and goals. I have never in my life experienced learning as so empowering, joyful, rewarding and life changing. I have started with clients and the training helps me to be more competent, not a "rent a friend" person, but a real coach. One that also, when necessary is outspoken with the client in order to support them in leaving their comfort zone and moving towards what they really need and value. The course is the best thing that has happened to me in years and worth every penny! —Daniela Herzog
