Transformation for Coaches: A Conference for Community and Learning

CFT ConferenceJoin Leadership that Works faculty from both coasts and your coaching peers to explore transformation and network at this first ever community-building/advanced learning event!

The conference will include brand-new workshops, and a unique Open Space format hosted by Virginia Kellogg with customized learning for meeting your unique needs and interests. More information on speakers and workshop topics will be posted as the schedule is finalized.

What's new and exciting about transformation? What is everyone in your class up to, and what is the next step in your coaching practice? What is in you and your practice that needs to be shared?

Join your coaching peers and the faculty of Leadership that Works to explore a myriad of coaching topics and network at this educational and community-building event. Coaching can be a lonely occupation, so step out and take advantage of this first-time opportunity to meet other Transformational Coaches.

The two-day conference is for trained coaches or anyone who has attended one of our coaching courses.

Enjoy interacting about important topics:

  • What's new in coaching?
  • Making coaching more available to diverse communities
  • Enrolling new clients
  • Marketing
  • Other coaching modalities
  • Refining your coaching business
  • What's going on in ICF?
  • And any other topic that YOU would like to introduce during Open Space

Through your participation you can expect to:

  • Build your professional network and meet new colleagues
  • Reconnect with old classmates and teachers
  • Co-create immediate learning opportunities based on your "hot topics"
  • Revitalize your coaching practice
