CFT graduates are strategic partners in the work of Leadership that Works (LTW) and every graduate is a valued member of the community. Your continued development as a coach is supported after graduation through a wide array of free resources: continued learning, business resources, peer support, networking and collaborative opportunities.

Learning & Support

Free Graduate Teleclasses: Keep current with trending coaching topics through quarterly faculty-led teleclasses on advanced coaching skills and application.

Register now for The Neurobiology of Coaching with Pernille Plantener; April 30, 2015 at 12 pm ET

Peer Support Circles: Support your professional development by joining a “mastermind” group for coaches. Groups of four LTW community members meet every two weeks.

Graduate Coaching Triads: Build your coaching skills and receive coaching from LTW community members. Groups of three coaches, paired into coach-client relationships. A coaches B, B coaches C, and C coaches A.

Advanced Courses: Expand your skills and earn Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEs) through advanced mentoring, advanced coaching workshops, conferences, etc. Fees apply.
