“I was shocked to find huge mountains of plastic waste when I was auditing a vendor plant, and when I asked what would be done with it, I was told the vendor would buy land and fill it with plastic. I realized as this plastic fills our land, it will slowly end up killing our planet. I found many top leaders only wanted to increase the bottom line, without awareness of “Self” or a vision for holistic wellbeing.
I was startled at the discovery and the maze in which I found leadership stuck. The only influence I had was on myself, so I started creating spaces where I could learn more about self and leadership. Through teaching and facilitating programs, more and more opened up for me. I love facilitating transformation as it allows me to create a space where we become more of who we are.”
