Ana Polanco, JD, PCC
“Unleashing my coaching superpower allows me to fully embrace who I am in this world and the depth of change I can bring forth in others. I specialize in accelerating leaders who are stuck and want to be free of the internal pressures that prevent them from seeing, believing and activating their true purpose. I do this by actively partnering with each person to set aside the limits of our own experiences and discover the unknown.”
Ana teaches leaders to share power and to care for the vision, mission and people of their organizations. Her leadership and authenticity supports new coaches to launch their coach vision and mission into a tangible business that attracts key audiences.

- Co-developed first year of a $10 million foundation portfolio on reproductive rights in Latin America.
