Let’s all stop.

As an emerging non-profit coach, I recently participated in a TedX speech contest for the University of Tokyo, where I currently study sustainability. In this talk, I invite everyone to “stop all thoughts and arrive in the present moment”. By doing so, I believe it can empower us both mentally and spirituality. Hear my own story of once perfecting the “fine art of being busy” to the point where I felt like if I stopped, everything would literally fall apart. To break myself of being “an email and meeting addict,” I moved to Costa Rica and learned how to feel alive in the moment.
