Overview

Coaching Essentials is a two-day training that introduces leaders to 10 core coaching skills embedded with values of equity and inclusion. It will provide you with adequate skills to begin practicing in your place of work, within teams, and other parts of your life, while also serving as a gateway to more robust training and capacity building opportunities.

In just two days, you will:

  • Discover the key to deep listening and reaching goals while honoring values and needs.
  • Learn how to structure a coaching session and get lots of practice with your peers.
  • Explore how awareness of power and privilege affects your coaching.

You will leave the Coaching Essentials workshop ready to:

  • Ask empowering questions that impact conversations and transform outcomes.
  • Be a catalyst for transformation, helping others to break through old patterns and habits.
  • Adopt a coaching mindset that supports others.
