    You'll get to meet the Coaching for Transformation (CFT) faculty and learn what makes CFT, sponsored by the New York Open Center, unique among coach training programs.

    Join CFT faculty Mary Kuentz and Kim Fowler for an introduction to the CFT process and immerse yourself in 90-minutes of transformational conversation about our 10-month coaching program, which begins in September 2019.     What's Unique About CFT at the New York Open Center

    • building a thriving coaching practice

    This in-depth professional training is for you even if you are already coaching. If you are an empathic listener who truly enjoys supporting people, you are already impacting the people around you. Coaching for Transformation takes you even deeper. You’ll work with many processes and hone your skills so you have the confidence to face the toughest challenges.

    Training Team 

    Mary Kuentz, PCC came to coaching after a successful career in marketing and web consulting. On the Leadership that Works faculty for 15 years, she has been mentoring students and leading Coaching for Transformation since 2007. Mary is an executive coach, helping leaders bring a transformational mindset to the tough local and global challenges they address.
    Kim Fowler, PCC, CPCC, ORSCC, has provided coaching and consulting services to nonprofits for over 10 years, after 20 years of management experience in the sector. She is also a trainer and facilitator, and has worked with organizations in the areas of arts, social justice, government and education. Kim works with individuals, partnerships and teams who are ready to remove limiting beliefs and behaviors and move through their professional and personal lives with mindfulness, effectiveness, spirit and action.
