Madhu Maron, PCC
“I'm a rebel and my cause is creating an adventurous life. I said no to an arranged marriage. I moved to New York City with no job and only one friend. I left the corporate world and started my own business. I married the man of my dreams. In my work, I love helping people connect to their inner rebel, to act from their full truth and to change the world as they know it.”
Madhu combines human resources expertise with stellar coaching skills and a deep curiosity about what makes people and organizations tick.
Prior to becoming a coach, Madhu spent 17 years as an HR professional, working with The Associated Press, Standard & Poor’s, Henry Ford Health System, the New York City Economic Development Corporation and other organizations. In 2002, Madhu left her HR career to follow her passion, creating a fulfilling and dynamic coaching practice that includes work with individuals and organizations.
Madhu works with clients who have reached a roadblock in their careers and need guidance to find something different and fulfilling. “I bring my coaching skills, HR background and the experience of my own career transition to support my clients in creating the work life they dream of.”
In her spare time, she enjoys building Lego creations with her young son, doing yoga and listening to Motown music.
